I am a very busy Mom who is also a full time caregiver, as well as undergrad student. I have learned that when I sleep to long I wake up with a migraine. This app also helps during the dreaded dead week and finals week. I always try to get at least 3 cycles and I use it daily to see the optimal time to wake up. This app is perfect, I miss using the web site but this app is so flawless why would you need the site! Worth every penny!!
