I am surprised

I have been using this app for the last three nights and truly surprised at its effectiveness. I am a planner and really grateful that I can plan my sleeping patterns so that I can maximize the hours in my day. I dont really understand how this works but it works. Now, I just need to get over the bad habit I developed before this app of sleeping through my alarm because I was always tired. Try it! Dont think u will regret it
